What breaks a team stay, in order

From the bookings we have seen go wrong, the failure order is boringly consistent:

Bathrooms. One bathroom, four people, three of whom have the same standup time. This is why we route teams to the two-bath unit rather than the cheaper single-bath options.
No table. A living room with a sofa and a coffee table is not a place four laptops can coexist. Check for a dining table that seats everyone.
Nobody owns the admin. One person books, one person pays, one person holds the keys and the invoice. Decide who before you arrive.
Underbooking the length. Teams routinely plan a week, then extend, then find the apartment is taken. If you think you might extend, say so in the first message and we will hold what we can.

Offsite, or actually moving the team?

Two different bookings. A one-week offsite wants density and things to do — that pushes toward Roma Norte even at the price.
