How four people actually split the space
A team of three or four in one apartment either works or it ruins the trip, and the layout decides which:
- Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Two bathrooms is the whole game. Four people and one shower is where team coliving stops being fun.
- A shared living and dining room big enough that everyone can open a laptop at the same table — the reason you flew everyone to the same city.
- A real kitchen. Four people eating three meals out a day is a serious line item in a seed budget. A kitchen deletes most of it.
- Overflow to a private ensuite room in the same neighborhood when you are five, or when someone senior wants their own door.

We quote team stays rather than publishing a rate, but the structure is worth stating plainly. A nightly rate on a four-person apartment divides by four. Four hotel rooms multiply by four. Between those two numbers sits most of what a week-long offsite costs — before you count the breakfasts you now make at home.

The bands move with season and length — World Cup weeks in June and July 2026 will not price like a quiet March — but the ordering does not. An apartment split by a team is the cheapest way to put four people in central Mexico City, and it is the only option on the list where the shared living room comes free.
On top of housing, a realistic working month per person looks like: $3,000–$5,000 MXN for groceries and cooked meals, $500–$1,500 MXN for Metro, Metrobús, and rideshares, and $0–$2,500 MXN for coworking passes if anyone wants a change of scene. Call it $12,000–$18,000 MXN per person, all-in, before nights out — a number most seed-stage finance models can absorb without a meeting.

If Narvarte is not the shape of your trip
Teams are not all the same booking, and Narvarte is not the answer to every one:

Booking a team stay

One process note that saves a week of back-and-forth: have the person who controls the company card in the email thread from message one. Team stays stall on payment approval more often than on availability, and a quote that waits five days for finance often outlives the dates it was quoted for.
What breaks a team stay, in order
From the bookings we have seen go wrong, the failure order is boringly consistent:
- Bathrooms. One bathroom, four people, three of whom have the same standup time. This is why we route teams to the two-bath unit rather than the cheaper single-bath options.
- No table. A living room with a sofa and a coffee table is not a place four laptops can coexist. Check for a dining table that seats everyone.
- Nobody owns the admin. One person books, one person pays, one person holds the keys and the invoice. Decide who before you arrive.
- Underbooking the length. Teams routinely plan a week, then extend, then find the apartment is taken. If you think you might extend, say so in the first message and we will hold what we can.
When to book, if the dates are real
Team bookings compete with individual monthly guests for the same units, and a four-person apartment has no substitute inventory — when it is taken, it is taken. Three timing rules cover most cases: book 6–8 weeks out for ordinary months, book the moment flights are discussed for January through April, and treat June–July 2026 as already late because World Cup demand will absorb central apartments months in advance. If your dates are soft, send them anyway — a held conversation beats a lost unit, and we will tell you plainly when a window is not going to work.
Offsite, or actually moving the team?
Two different bookings. A one-week offsite wants density and things to do — that pushes toward Roma Norte even at the price.
